These terms govern your use of TechAppFix Protection. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Description of service
TechAppFix Protection provides antivirus, VPN, ad and tracker blocking, and identity monitoring software delivered through a downloadable application and supporting account dashboard.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use TechAppFix Protection.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice ahead of your next renewal.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Refund eligibility for the current billing period, if any, is described at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, to interfere with the security or functioning of the software, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it without our permission.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TechAppFix Protection on the number of devices included in your plan, for as long as your subscription is active.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." While we work to detect and block threats effectively, no security software can guarantee complete protection against every threat, and we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TechAppFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
